# TAP2EARN

The first activity in Street Fury is the <mark style="color:red;">**Tap2Earn mechanic**</mark>.

To earn coins and progress in the game, <mark style="color:red;">**tap on the character on the BASE screen**</mark>. You can use multiple fingers to increase your tap rate and maximize profits.

## Earn per Tap&#x20;

This is the amount of coins you earn with each tap. Increase this by:

* <mark style="color:green;">**Leveling up your character**</mark>&#x20;
* <mark style="color:green;">**Using the Turbo Tap boost**</mark>&#x20;
* <mark style="color:green;">**Unlocking characters with tap boosts (e.g., Miyamoto)**</mark>&#x20;

## Energy&#x20;

Your energy, displayed on the bottom left, determines how many coins you can earn. <mark style="color:red;">**Once energy reaches 0, tapping stops, and you must wait for it to recharge**</mark>.

For each coin earned by tapping, energy decreases by the same amount. <mark style="color:yellow;">**For example, with an Earn per Tap of 5, each tap reduces energy by 5**</mark>.

Energy regenerates over time and recharges faster as you level up. To increase your total energy, you can:

* <mark style="color:green;">**Use the Energy Limit boost**</mark>&#x20;
